1. During normal operation, it is found that the water ring vacuum pump suddenly leaks air. If the leakage point can be found immediately, it must be sealed with vacuum sealing mud. After the work is completed, further treatment can be carried out.



2. Cut off water and power at high temperatures. The fear of water ring vacuum pumps is to cut off water and power at high temperatures. Therefore, it is good for users to have a backup water tank or a water pipe connected during equipment installation.



3. Replace the gas cylinder. When the gas cylinder used in the water ring vacuum pump needs to be replaced, remove the pressure stabilizing valve and replace it with a new cylinder. Be sure to ensure that there is no air leakage during installation.



4. The water ring vacuum pump works for a period of time and needs to be cleaned to maintain the cleanliness of the mechanical equipment of the water ring vacuum pump.
